Privacy Policy
The Number One CRM For Ecommerce Sales Team, doing business as ConexusCRM and as Conexus Thrive (“Conexus Thrive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and takes the protection of your information seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers our website at conexusthrive.com (the “Site”) and the Conexus Thrive coaching platform (the “Service”). Because we operate a health and wellness platform, some of the information we handle is subject to additional legal protection. Please read Protected Health Information carefully — it explains how clinical information is treated differently from everything else described here.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site or the Service. Questions can go to support@tryconexus.com.
Information we collect
We try to collect only what we need in order to run the Service.
Information you give us
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and the role you select (coach, provider, client, or patient). Depending on how you use the Service, you may also give us:
- Habit, task, workout, weight, measurement, and nutrition entries you log
- Messages you exchange with your coach, provider, or our support team
- Progress photos, if you choose to upload them
- Dietary restrictions, allergies, and goals you provide so a plan can be built for you
- Information you send us by email, through a form, or over social media
If you purchase a paid plan, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited billing details. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site or use the Service, some information is collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics tools, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. We use this to keep the Site working, diagnose errors, understand which content is useful, and improve the product.
Cookies, analytics, and session analysis
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies — including tag management, analytics, and session-analysis or heatmap tools — to understand how the Site is used. These may record pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and general interaction patterns, and may reconstruct an anonymized view of a browsing session in order to show us where the Site is confusing or broken.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the Site work. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative platforms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not permit our analytics providers to sell it or use it for their own independent purposes. We also do not run session-analysis or heatmap tools on screens where clinical information is entered or displayed — see Protected Health Information.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including pairing you with a coach or provider
- Show your coach or provider the data you have agreed to share with them
- Respond to your questions and provide support
- Send administrative messages about your account, security, or changes to our terms and policies
- Send you product and marketing email, where you have not opted out
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Analyze usage so we can improve the product
- Comply with our legal obligations
How we share information
We do not rent or sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- With your coach or provider. The point of the Service is that a real person can see the data you log. A coach or provider can only see the members assigned to them.
- With service providers who perform functions on our behalf — hosting, databases, email delivery, payment processing, analytics — and only to the extent needed to perform those functions. They are contractually restricted from using it for anything else.
- When you post publicly, such as leaving a review or interacting with us on a social platform.
- When the law requires it, or in connection with litigation, a suspected crime, or to protect people, property, or the integrity of the Service.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this policy.
- With your consent, for anything else.
Protected Health Information
Some information handled by the Service — clinical profiles, blood-panel results, and provider notes — is protected health information (“PHI”) and receives stricter treatment than the general categories above. For PHI:
- It is stored separately from general fitness and habit data, and encrypted at rest.
- It is reachable only by a provider with an active care assignment to you.
- Every access is written to an audit log.
- It is hosted on infrastructure covered by a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”).
- It is never used for advertising or marketing, never shared with analytics providers, and never included in session-analysis or heatmap recordings.
The platform is built to be HIPAA-ready. We do not claim to be “HIPAA-certified” — no such certification exists. Where we act as a business associate to a covered entity, our handling of PHI is governed by the applicable BAA, and that agreement controls over this policy to the extent the two ever conflict.
Communications
When you register, you will receive email confirming your account. After that you may receive service-related email and, unless you opt out, product email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to support@tryconexus.com. We will still send you essential account, billing, and security notices, because those are part of operating your account.
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you may receive text messages related to your account or coaching. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention and deletion
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Clinical records may be subject to longer retention periods required by law or by the provider responsible for your care.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to support@tryconexus.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to a copy of your data, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them.
Security
We protect information using commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging of clinical data access. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe your account or your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact support@tryconexus.com immediately.
Use of the Service by minors
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not create an account or send us information about yourself. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
Third-party sites and services
The Site may reference or link to other websites and products. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, quality, or privacy practices of anyone else. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that party's own privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here, with the revision date at the top. If a change is significant we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Site or the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
